Best Place to Order Invitations

QueSeraSera, on May 3, 2017 at 7:38 PM Posted in Planning 0 21

I buy things based entirely on other people's reviews (google, yelp, WW, the knot, etc.)

I'm shooting for around $1 or less per invitation, definitely less than $2.

Where did you get yours from?

So far, I've looked through elegantweddinginvites, vistaprint, and Etsy

There's just too many options!!!

Definitely let me know if you had a BAD experience with somebody

Vistaprint definitely has cheap prices, and there's always sales. If you're wondering about the quality of the paper, they offer a free sample kit. I haven't ordered invites yet, but the samples look nice enough.

I have not been satisfied with Vistaprint and would advise you stay away.

I used weddingpaperdivas when they had a nice 40% off sale. For 160 invites it went from 550 to 300. I had some upgrades/extra add ons. They are one of the more expensive sites (?) but the quality is unbeatable as well as their customer service. I definitely would have paid full price for them if I had to

I have always been satisfied by vista print, but they don't have as glamorous designs as wedding paper divas. I just couldn't spend that much money.

Invitations by Dawn has great prices as well and most include RSVP cards. I paid $30 for 50 invitations, RSVP cards and accommodation cards from Vistaprint.

I ordered my design from Etsy and am having them printed locally. My design was only $30 and to print 100 at my shop is only $15

I agree with wedding paper divas they send coupons all the time and the customer service is amazing!

My invitation box was ripped open and I called them; they sent me new invitations rush delivery without batting an eye!

We used vista print and I added ribbon, a sticker and a few nail head stickers! Super reasonable and easy!

I have nothing but good things to say about vistaprint. I couldn't justify paying tons for something people will throw away. Also love how they are customizable and can change anything, their customer support is awesome as well!

Honestly I designed my own invites using smilebox and then ordered them as prints from Shutterfly. They turned out adorable and were a fraction of the cost. People just throw invites away so I don't even think $1 per invite is worth it!

I am going to order from Etsy. I recently ordered a sample and am not disappointed at all. I was happily impressed with the quality and customer service. I placed my order for the invites but it has not yet been finalized. I will admit Etsy had a lot of options and not enough filters. So it was BEYOND overwhelming to look through so many. It took me days if not weeks to narrow it down to 3 options. But, I am so happy I did Etsy and not another company. I would suggest using the price filter ($1-2). If you want to cut corners with invites another great option is Vistaprint bc they constantly have so many 50% sales. We ordered our STDs from there and have received so many compliments. On the other hand, I don't think we would have gotten quality invitations from there. Nor were they formal enough for our type of wedding. Lastly consider ordering templates and printing them on your own, that may be cheaper. Although, certainly more work. Good luck.
