My best man and my groom will be wearing different but cohesive outfits. My groom bought his out last year and my best man has been told what to buy and from where. We are 11 weeks out and my groom has been checking on him every week for a month now but he still has not bought his shirt or shoes. I’m really starting to get annoyed.

Am I overreacting?

You’re not overreacting because it’s normal you’re nervous about this. But you’ve reminded them enough and at the end of the day if they can’t get it by the wedding day then they can come as guests.

If it's something that has to get fitted, then the shop should have a deadline for him. If it's something he's buying off the rack and it's a common color, then he really has up until about 2 weeks before the wedding.

I wouldn't stress, as long as it's not getting tailored, he has plenty of time.

As others have said, unless they are super specific and need to be altered (which shirts and shoes typically do not need), there is still plenty of time.
