I'm in the same situation but the best man's girlfriend and I don't get along. She likes to start alot of fights and we actually won't hang with him if she is around since she tried to start with me one night when we were all out drinking together. In your case he should get a plus one. All of our Bridal Party gets a plus one except for the best man because I'm still deciding on that or how to tell her she has one chance otherwise she is out the door and can sit in the car till it's done.
