Best Makeup Ideas for Brunettes

Gahhhh, I am doing similar colors. My wedding is in February. When is yours? As of right now I'm doing a deep burgundy color lip. I have pulled some inspo pictures of makeup I like and have sent it to the makeup artist.

Brunette bride with grey eyes over here. I went smokey with a natural lip. Especially for a summer wedding, I wanted something fresh but still sexy. I also planned on kissing a lot so a bold lip was out for me. My husband HATES kissing me with lipstick on haha. I love the idea of doing a burgundy in the eye shadow. There are so many beautiful rusty burgundy browns that would look striking. Although, in general, I tend to stray on the cool side of tones because it balances the olive tone in my skin. This is what I did on my day:

I’m also brunette with hazel eyes & olive skin toned. My wedding is in Nov. Bridesmaids will be in dusty pink and I’m wearing a blush gown. I want to do a smokey eye and I love burgundy so I’m thinking of doing that but I think I’ll keep my lip more natural because I don’t typically wear lipstick.
I love the idea of doing a dark lip though!!

You're absolutely right, I didn't think about kissing with bold lipstick. My fiance hates kissing me with lipstick on too haha.
After your advance I think I am going to stick with natural makeup. I have a similar skin tone to you and I think burgundy makeup will be a bit too much.
