Hairitage wiggle room flexible hold hairspray. It’s really the only thing I’ve found that works for me. I believe they also make a stronger hold hairspray as well.

I don't have a specific hairspray recommendation, but Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly Hair Mousse holds curls in my hair better than any hairspray I have tried and its a really inexpensive product.

I did want to mention that my friend used an Aveda hairspray for my wedding and we actually couldn't get a good getting ready "hair spray" photo with it because it was "too good" (photographer's words, not mine). The Aveda hairspray had a really good nozzle on it that directed spray well, whereas some hair spray nozzles spray more of a diffused "cloud" of droplets, which makes for better photos. Just thought I would mention it in case you have that particular photo in mind!
