I always see posts about issues with bridesmaids, but does anyone else feel like they have the best bridesmaids? My girls always answer me when I have questions or show them stuff. When we went dress shopping i was very lax and said they can pick out whatever style they want (that way they can feel pretty and choose their budget) and they all agreed to try on the same dress and all got the same one because they thought it would look nice! I feel like I am a very chill bride with very chill bridesmaids. Whenever I ask their opinion on stuff such as attire or the bachelorette party, the response is always "whatever you want! It's your day!" I am very grateful for them.

Mine had really amazing moments like I really appreciated my bridal shower and bachelorette but there were for sure times they weren't very responsive or times where for instance one of my bridesmaids forgot about my bachelorette date and decided she rather go to Coachella. But overall those girls are my best friends and I'm appreciative of their support.

I appreciate my bridesmaids....2 sisters, 1 best friend and 1 friend. The first 3 know me so well that they are pretty lax, like I am, but are as involved and I would like them to be. The last one is wicked excited and tries to infect me with her excitement, which I appreciate, but I am not an over the top excitement kind of gal. My MOH (best friend) has already touched base with everyone with trying to coordinate dresses and sharing what I want. Not sure if I will have a bridal shower or bachelorette party because everyone is so spread apart, but I know it was discussed. I've got no complaints.

I feel the same! My BM were so amazing. I had 9 BM, and no drama (which is pretty unheard of). I had a destination bach, so only 6 could attend, but it was still amazing. The ones that attended showered me with gifts & alcohol & food and it was so fun, everyone got along so well. My mom threw my shower (it was perfect) and 3 made it (2 being out of state). The weekend of, they were all so involved & sweet. I was so happy!

I have amazing bridesmaids!!! I think it helps that they are all family. I have my Matron of Honor (sister), Maid of Honor (daughter) and a Bridesmaid (cousin), but these women are a big part of my everyday life. I can't imagine any part of my life without them, especially my wedding.
They are all very smart, funny ladies, and there hasn't been any drama at all!! Just high spirits and lots of support. I always feel bad when I read other brides' stories about BM drama.
This is me with my ladies, the day we went dress shopping. FMIL got in on that one too!!

Same for me! I have one girl who is hard to get a hold of, and it's sometimes frustrating when I need to get her dress size, but I love her so much, and I knew what I was getting into. They're all so supportive, love their dress, asked if they could take me to NYC for a Bachelorette party and I just love them. Two of the three of them are married, and they're genuinely excited. I'm having a grand time with them. And bonus! They're all getting along with each other too! ❤️❤️❤️

Same for me!! We're almost all separated from each other. One of my BM's and I both live in Minnesota (she's been soo helpful!). My sister, the MOH and one BM lives in Florida, and the other BM lives in Maryland. I was so worried when I first started planning the wedding that it was going to be difficult to rally everyone and make sure they order their dresses, but they've been absolutely AMAZING!! I can't be more thankful for all of them. This upcoming Friday is my bachelorette party and I can't freakin wait to celebrate with all of them together!!

I have awesome bridesmaids! I have 3 and minus me giving final "yes" or "no" on things, they collaborated together so I could focus elsewhere. For 3 girls who dont really know each other, they've been amazing!

Way to go for being bride-chilla! I think BMs definitely prefer not being hounded 24/7 about a wedding that's not their own

I have 6 and I’m so grateful for them. 2 are out of state and i let them know when I am dress shopping so they could be aware for a video call (If they wanted). One booked a flight to come up and the other is on waitlist to reschedule an Appr so she can do the same. I NEVER expected or asked them to make a trip to dress shop but they’ve both insisted. The 4 local ones Are always responsive and ready for anything.

YES. I'm shocked by some of these bridesmaid stories and I keep thinking "and you had NO IDEA your friend/cousin/sister was crazy when you asked her...?"
My girls have been awesome so far. They all get along without previously knowing each other, they all answer text messages, they wear the matching shirts my MOH got for us, no one is crazy or a brat or demanding. They all showed up to my meet and greet and had a great time.
I really don't foresee a lot of issues they could possibly cause/have.
