Best bra/shapewear for backless dress

My dress will be backless to about right above my hips, and I would feel more comfortable wearing a bra and shapewear but am having a hard time with reviews for certain low back shapewear or backless bras. If anyone has found anything great for boobs on the bigger side (but not huge) and a curvier...

I also have the same dilemma. I looked into Ender Legard and although their body suit seemed like the perfect solution, they also cost about $250-300.

I would look into having cups sewn into the dress so you can avoid the bra issue.

My dress has a sheer back. When I tried on and bought my dress they gave me insert cups to try with it. Not the sticky kind.

The bodysuit have crotch opening. Little hook and eye closure like in bra, it’s set at front, so it’s easy to access and secure.
