  Your florist can provide the glass vases for a rental fee. Or you can buy them at Walmart or Joann locally. Don't order them online because glass is heavy/fragile so expensive to ship.

  Glass candle holders can be found at dollar store or the second hand. IKEA has the cheapest pillar candles. Check out Facebook marketplace for used candleholders.

  Go on Aliexpress ,takes a little while to ship but verrrryyyyyy affordable and pretty just read the reviews!
