What app would you recommend for our ceremony playlist? I would also like to create a 30-45 min playlist for before and after ceremony.

I have just been using Apple Music/iTunes to compile songs. It is pretty simple.

Personally, I use Spotify for all my playlists and I love it!
The free version would have ads interrupting the flow, so if you plan on using it, definitely consider upgrading to premium
