Beef or Pork?

Hello all! So I’ve been looking into a ton of places to see what my FH and I can afford. For food options would it be acceptable to have a chicken dish, a pork one, and then a vegetarian option? It’s cheaper compared to throwing in a beef option for a majority of places! Thank you!

As long as you can delegate how much of each dish you get [in accordance to your guest's preferences and needs] I think this will be fine.

That's completely fine. You have plenty of options there to accommodate everyone

Its whatever works for you, you are giving options, they dont have to be the standard ones. I actually prefer when there are different options offered because it isnt the same old same old banquet food. I personally like certain forms of pork and we will probably have some at ours but we are foodies and are really only spending money on the food (no DJ or band, the venue was really inexpensive because it is transitioning from a museum to an event space and is under new ownership but it is our decor - its a CASTLE inside!, etc). We are hoping for a tasting menu with multiple meats and sides all served family style and pork is a favorite of both families so it will be there.
