Long story short:

We are getting married at a beautiful barn owned by a family friend. There are no restrooms. I hate the idea of porta potties, and I think my guests will too. I have looked into the portable trailers and they are way out of budget and also require water and a generator which could be complicated.

I think I have found a solution. They are "technically" porta potties but I kinda love them. Question, how would you react if these were the restrooms at a wedding you attended?

Okay so reality is you need a bathroom...I’m actually kind of surprised at the responses on here. These look like a very reasonable solution to your situation. I see people using porta potas at events they really want to be at- races (even professional athletes), beer garden parties, local public events, concerts, etc. and yours will be used by way less people therefor be way cleaner. once they have had enough wine/beer they will think twice about holding it lol just my thoughts... when you gotta go, you gotta go

Meh, I’d use them. Are portapotties my favorite? Of course not. But these look way nicer than your standard concert/festival portapotty.

To me a toilet is a toilet. If you have to go you have to go and I think any of the pictures would be great options! I think some people are too picky about where they expel their waste lol

What will the temperatures be around the time you’re getting married? No matter how much effort someone puts in making porta potties cute they’re still a wading pool of feces and urine. If it’s hot and/or humid the smell will spread or just fester inside.
