We postponed to Aug 2020, yet quickly realized this large wedding was not in the cards. Grabbed my partner and confided in him I never needed nor wanted this grand plan to be happy. Luckily, he was in agreement. This was our chance to have the wedding we actually intended. Our chance to bring the true meaning of our day to the forefront, forgoing the ridiculous grandiose and back to channeling our own style.
As many of you, you name it and it changed to meet restrictions (ceremony location, music as now the church organ was no longer, guest list, rehearsal dinner location, etc.). I won’t lie, it was a lot of compromise, creativity, seeing the cup half full mindset, and rolling with the punches.
Our smaller wedding of 110 guests, all outdoors, masks and hand sanitizers provided, no receiving line, 6 ft apart tables, plated dinner, limited dancing, all restrictions abided by wedding was AMAZING 🌷 We were blessed no one got covid, the safety protocols worked for us, and we loved our wedding!
Hope this provides inspiration to all of you planning! Thank you for letting me share 💛💛💛

This was originally decor for our candy buffet but turned into our PPE table 😂 Creative solutions!!
