My wonderful brother is paying for my honeymoon and more than likely he will go with a Sandals Resort. He wants to know where we want to go but we can't decide. We've narrowed it down to either the Bahamas or Jamaica. I've heard that both are beautiful but I need some more opinions. Please help me...

Rosie, you took the words right out of my mouth. I think we have to be respective and sensitve on how we speak of others and thier countries. I have been to both and thought about a destination wedding in Jamaica. They BOTH have their pros and cons but the Bahamas can be alot pricer. Going to Lucea, Jamaica in May and can't wait!!!!

OMG that is so freakin' sweet of him! Oooh and that's tough!! i'd be happy with either one because I've always wanted to go to both and haven't yet. However....Jamaica just sounds so exciting....maybe what I would do is check out what goes on during the month at both locations and see if there are any selling factors? Or...check out the resorts themselves and see if they both offer the same things? I think that either one you pick will be a win though.
