We are expecting our second child in February and are thinking of announcing it either before or at the wedding reception. Has anyone done this before and have any cute ways to announce it to our family and friends on our special day!?

Congratulations! We announced our baby's name at the reception, when we did our welcome speech. Everyone already knew I was pregnant but no one knew the name yet so it was a cute little surprise to let everyone know at the same time.

My sister recently went to a wedding where they announced their pregnancy and I saw the video on Facebook... I know many people dislike the shoe game (including myself) but I thought it was a cute way to reveal it. The last question was something like who is pregnant/expecting and they held up both of their shoes (or maybe just hers, I cant remember) and then they made the formal announcement. They also already knew the gender at that point so they did a gender reveal immediately after that. They brought out a big black balloon and popped it and pink glitter/confetti went everywhere. It was really funny to see the husband's reaction and all of the family member's. No matter how you announce it everyone will be excited so I wouldn't overthink it just go with something that you feel comfortable with!
