Azazie v. David's Bridal dyes

Hi everyone! I'm having my BMs pick out a dress of their choice. I only require that it is emerald green, and the girls agreed that they should go with one length (they chose long). Some like dresses from David's, and others like dresses from Azazie. Does anyone have experience with a bridal party that ordered the same color dress from two different retailers? Can we trust that the emerald green will be the same, or pretty darn close?

Have them get swatches and compare them.

You can order swatches from Azazie, I think from David's Bridal as well.

Another for swatches! It's extremely likely that the colors will be at least slightly off, and you don't want to learn that after they've bought the dresses!!

I ordered swatches from both to compare. When I get both I'll hold them side by side in different lighting, take a few photos, try to get an idea of how different they are. Thank you everyone!

I would suggest ordering all from the same company and at the same time to make sure your dresses are from the same dye lot. Even ordering from the same company won't guarantee the same color of the dye lots are off
