We're doing online invites. That let's us send them later because rsvps are instant and not snail mail. I'm also anticipating mail delivery issues before this is done. So, Greenvelope it is! If mailing, I'd print a small business card that asks guests to send an email to you and explains that you may transition to emails to share information. I have one of these written if you want a sample??

Our invites have our wedding website that they RSVP on, so maybe I’ll make a extra tab that has updates on if we need to postpone. I’m really hoping by August we don’t have to !!

August 7th also! I think we're going to wait to send invites until the first week of June. Hopefully the picture will be a lot clearer by then and we will know if we need to reschedule before invites go out.

I saw that as well! I'm August 29th and whenever anything big gets rescheduled to August it gives me just a little more hope! We aren't sending invitations until July..just to be sure. Just keep our fingers crossed.

Hey, that does sound promising. One thing I also keep telling myself is that the Social Distancing/shelter-in-place is not supposed to eliminate the disease, only slow the spread, so it shouldn't be something they're enforcing until the cases stop. I'm really hoping by June things will be better.

All of you are so positive! I've been strolling through the August threads this morning. Just want to share my outlook...we are Aug 29th, and are pretty positive we will be postponing a year. Worried that even though shelter in place etc. has been lifted, that people will be just starting to get back on their feet, back to work, and potentially still pretty hesitant about travel in general. Hopefully it's over much sooner so that gives us a little leeway, but that's where my head is at right now!

However, that being said, I think that weddings will be able to go on in August for sure...I'm just not sure people will be back up and running 100% by then.

That's def a relief for this September bride! I've decided not to worry until July anyway, because there's really no knowing what can or won't happen in these next few months.
