Atrocious handwriting?

Ok, I know the appropriate etiquette for thank you cards is to have a personal, handwritten thank you card for each person. However...unfortunately stereotypes ring true here and my doctor handwriting is illegible to a lot of people often including FH. His is not much better. Do I type thank you cards or attempt to write them and have people think I don’t care because they can’t read them?

I also have terrible hand writing, and I just went really slow so that they were legible. It took longer, but I feel like a typed out thank you note is less personal.

What Hannah said, just write slower or enlist the help of a teen relative, find some captioned words thanks for your "_____" on Google.

You have to hand write them. If you type them, it will look like you just copied and pasted.

Hey Alyssa! I think it is nice to handwrite the cards. It's a lot more personal. Do you think if you spent longer at them you could have your writing more legible?

Haha, I don't think so-I honestly think it's a lost cause at this point. That's the huge problem I'm having. Besides, I don't have hours or days to be spending writing cards, and I'm not paying someone to do it.

If you decided to type them, you could always add some text apologizing that they're not handwritten and explain the reason so? You could make it a funny and personal little touch! You could have it printed on the back or inside the cover?!
