My alterations lady told me I can tape down my armpit fat. Anyone else ever done this or have any advice? It doesn't look horrible but I hate it! HaHa!

Honestly, this is a first I've heard of armpit fat.

I was just told the same thing. And been Googling and looking on Pinterest. But I can't find exactly what the lady was talking about.

I’ve been looking into this also, and I think if you want to try it, you just pinch the skin together near the upper arm, this is better for short sleeves, not so much sleeveless, and use either nude or clear medical tape and just tape it together- I know everyone is beautiful and we should not cave the the standard ideals, but I am at the moment, so I think is the best way. Obviously, keep checking on it and don’t wave your arms too wildly! Good luck! Please wish me some too!😜
