Every time I see this picture I'm drawn to it.

I wore my veil only for the ceremony and photos. I ditched it right before the ceremony.

I took my veil off after the ceremony and replaced it with a sparkly hair piece. (: I loved the way the veil made me feel like a real bride, but to dance and eat and whatnot, even though it was fingertip length I had it in my hair so it fell over my shoulders, and I knew it would just get in the way. Plus it was fun to have something different and sparkly in my hair! Wife didn't do a veil for any of it, just had a sparkly headband and it was perfect!

That's a great idea, Kimberly! I totally agree, you got to have the best of both worlds! Something bridal and something you can dance the night away in!
