Are you including your pet in your minimony? 🐾

Oh you bet my babies will be there...lol! My two kitties will be in their pet stroller just for the ceremony, then my brother in law is running them home before the reception.

One of our dogs is too hyperactive and scream barks every time he can't get to us or we kiss/hug. It would be an absolute mess. However, we are doing signature cocktails named after both of our dogs and including their photos in the sign. We are also doing favors for peoples dogs from our dogs at the weddings.

In a way yes! We have 2 cats that if we could we would totally bring them & have them be a part of it physically. Instead, the 2 cocktails we are having for our guests
will each be named after each of our boys, and they are made along the lines of our fur babies...ie: 1 of our cats is an orange tabby, so that cocktail will have orangecello in it; & our other cat is a tuxedo so that one will be a fancy drink. We will have their photos next to each cocktail too. 😻

We have 1 cat, but we did not include her in our wedding day. I do think it's cute when people include their dogs though!

Depends on what you're doing! if you end up just marrying and celebrating in a backyard wedding - then yes it certainly does - if you still are going out then no lol.

I wish! But we are doing a destination wedding and now in the spot of seeing who we can find to pet sit!

I wish I could have my in-laws dog Skye (who is my BEST FRIEND) in my wedding because it would be so cute but she's too nervous and would most likely pee all over my dress lol!!

Minimony and minimoon lol (we are doing both) I didn't know those were a thing to say. Although I have been thinking that us brides will probably be a part of cultural history being the brides that got to have 2 weddings for the same marriage. We are bringing our chihuahua/rat terrier mix with us to the beach for our minimony next month. But she won't be a ring bearer. My fiancee is too afraid shes gonna run off with thousands of dollars around her neck! She won't be part of the grand wedding next year at the venue. She wouldn't be able to sit still long enough and she barks at everything!

We wanted to be able to incorporate out pups somehow, but everyone that we trust with them will be in attendance! So, they'll get to have a girls getaway for the weekend and stay at the same place they go to doggie day camp.

Our furbaby played a huge part in our ceremony! He behaved SO well, I was so proud of him. Can't imagine NOT having him in the wedding. This is just a preview shot, but I bet there are dozens of photos of him!! I have to wait a few more weeks to get the other pictures back but I cannot wait!!

Our pup was our ring bearer. She got a little distracted on the beach and made taking the rings off her pillow next to impossible but it was adorable as heck and she was so happy to be included!

Yes! Now that we've moved our wedding to a backyard celebration, our dog is going to be part of our big day as the Dog of Honor. He was also in our engagement pictures.
