Are you getting married in your hometown? Or did you choose a different wedding location? 🌎
No. My FH and I are from different cities, but the same state. My FH is a mountain person and I have always dreamed of a vineyard wedding, so we chose a vineyard in the mountains. Our venue is a little over a hour from my FH’s home town & about 2 hours from mine.
Were getting married in his hometown, at his parents house actually. Its about 30 minutes from where we currently live. We decided on this location because first of all its gorgeous and i liked the idea of being able to visit the place where we were married and also it will one day be his.
Its still up in the air but we will probably get Married in our Hometown in Mobile, AL where we both still reside and leave the traveling for the Honey Moon!!!
Yay! We are getting married in our home COUNTY, so I count it. Our venue is only 20 minutes away from where we live, and 10 from my parent’s home. So I’m counting it! We decided to get married locally because it’s a beautiful area, we found a way to have an amazing lakeside venue for extremely cheap, and 90% of our guest list lives here!
NAY my hometown is small, it does have a little venue, but it wouldn't fit my huge family. I decided to have it 35 mins away from home where most of my family is and where hotels are more ready available
We are getting married locally. Most of our guests are here with us and they are quite a few older relatives. We didn't want to have people travel so we nixed the idea of a destination wedding.
Nay! We are doing a destination wedding in Destin, FL. Gives us a chance to get away and keep it small and intimate. We are making a weekend with friends and family out of it!
