Are you allowed to talk to the groom the day of?

I'm planning on sleeping next to him the night before, lol. I don't sleep well without him and I think it would show on my face the next morning....

We're spending the night together the night before the wedding, but then I'm sending him to his BM's room to get ready. I just don't want him to see me dressed, hair done, etc. before I walk down the aisle. I don't see what difference it makes if you talk to him on the phone or text.

I probably will. We're seeing each other before the ceremony so I don't see the issue. I think the badluck thing is BS anyway.

I talked to him at like 8 the morning of our wedding to let him know my mom was on the way with the tuxes (I had no tuxes until the morning of my wedding). The rest of the day I didn't even touch my phone I was so busy getting the venue setup & decorated and getting myself and the girls ready as well!

I'm with Jemma we will do no contact day of unless we need to. Lots of DIY so it mite be needed.

I am sending him boutonniere photos the night before with a love note as a gift. Just to add the suspense for him to see me I'm so evil HAHA

We will be together the night before cuz neither one of us can sleep without eachother. and the day of we will see eachother because we have to set up for the ceremony and we are doin pictures before the ceremony. but im one that goes by tradition.

We texted and spoke on the phone and the wedding was perfect! Now we're perfectly happy as husband and wife and I doubt that our having contact before the wedding will change that

I'm a grown ass woman, I do what I want!

Seriously though, I won't be having any contact with him the day of the wedding, just because I think it adds to the wow factor the first time he sees me walking down the isle.

My Fh doesn't text lmao... like hardly ever. So if I text him the wedding day it may never get answered lol.

You know this is just a superstition, right? Since it's not really going to affect you, whatever works for him and you is just fine.

FH will most likely be spending the night at his mom's and he wont see me again til I walk down the aisle. We will definitely be talking and texting tho, I couldnt go that long without having some form of contact with him.

We will send each other letters to read and do a group prayer with the bridal party before the ceremony but we won't see each other then. I like the idea of the surprise

Mine isnt for a while but at this stage we probably wont, makes the surprise nicer when we see eachother down the isle

I won't. FH and I agreed the last time we will see and speak to each other is the night before. And because I am an addict on my iphone (I'm thinking about getting a cake topper with and iPhone in my hand) my sister (MOH) will hold my phone all day.

But I don't see why texting would be any harm. ;-)
