Are those bathroom baskets necessary?

We ended up with some, because someone gave them to us with something else we bought. We didn't end up bothering to use them.

Gah. :/ I was gonna do them. Lol.

I think they're a nice touch but definitely unnecessary. While I feel like it'd be nice to include in my wedding, I don't think I would be doing them. I would much rather spend my money towards better food and drink for my guests.

I'm not going to give everyone complimentary lip goo, though I might have a basket with tampons, lotion and hairspray. It's not like I'm never going to use that stuff after I get married.

So, I am actually doing this. My grandma was dying to do something for me, and really felt this was necessary. It makes her happy and she feels involved. So grandma is making bathroom baskets!

Definitely not necessary! However I am doing one because I have used things from there in the past. Nothing crazy just putting in some tampons and pads, gum, a shout pen, and a sewing kit.

Side note: The sewing kit had saved me once at a wedding when my dress strap broke. I need to return the favor to the universe.

You don't need them. Our venue already has them provided, but if they didn't, I probably wouldn't have even thought about it honestly.

I haven't been to a single wedding that had them and I've managed as a guest just fine! Most of the items in baskets I've seen on Pinterest seem unnecessary to the point of absurd.
