Anyone wearing an exit dress?

So as we are going over the logistics of everything, I realized that my fiance and I will have to drive a couple hours after the wedding to get to our hotel near the airport (we are leaving for the honeymoon first thing the next morning). I don't want to be stuck in my dress in the car.

Is it a thing to wear an "exit dress?" Like a little white dress that's easy to travel in? I am hoping to change in the bridal suite and leave straight from the venue.
I'm wanting something practical but cute as I bid all our guests farewell. Has anyone else done/is going to do this? Any ideas of what to wear?

You could do the grand exit and then pop a quick wardrobe change so that you can get exit photos in your gown but still be comfortable!
I've seen lots of brides change before the exit though, so do what you prefer!

I wore a blush pink lace dress when leaving because we were going to be in the car for 5 hours afterwards.

I'm actually doing an "exit jumpsuit"--it's a lovely white jumpsuit with a lace overlay on nude fabric, with a silver sequin kimono jacket on top of that. Both items have pockets and I can wear a normal bra, so I'm very happy about this

Right now I'm leaning towards white or ivory, and I'm thinking of pairing it with a fascinator and birdcage veil for a classic vintage look.
