Anyone use/planning to use an evening/prom gown as their wedding gown?

Out of curiosity I'm just wondering if anyone bought a dress that was an evening or prom gown and used it as their wedding dress? Would love to see pics!

I actually bought mine off of forever21. It was just a white evening gown but when it came in the mail it was so friggin bridal my bridesmaids were kind of shocked. So I'd love to see if anyone else went this route for their wedding or planned to!

I didn’t go this route but I absolutely considered it. These were the two I was looking at(I obviously wanted pink) keep in mind some prom dresses are the same price as wedding gowns but they’re a great option, especially if you don’t want a train or you want a colorful dress.

It also had pockets which I didn't find out til maybe the third time I wore it aha.

Looks like a wedding dress to me! I like the neckline, great find!
There was also a silver one I loved completely covered in crystals but man it cost more than a wedding dress, it was a pageant dress I think.
