Anyone use the knot guest list tool?!

Did you have to create an account? Usually that stuff will get saved to your account, so if the app is messed up, you can delete it and reload it onto your phone/tablet, and it should all come back. Either that, or you can try logging in on your pc. If that doesn't work, then yikes!! Sorry, I bet that's super frustrating!! =(

I just had to install a new app from the knot. I guess they updated stuff lol I've got my list! Crisis averted! Phew! I wish I'd have made this list on a better app as it doesn't track households :/ boo

I haven't using either the WW tool nor the knot but honestly I've just been using a google spreadsheet and that has been so helpful. I can do one household per row, have multiple people in different columns, and share it without editing permissions with my fam and my FILs

All of the tools on the knot are crap. I hated their wedding websites and I was so happy when I found the wedding wire ones. They just have name recognition. They do have good articles though.

Was using the knot till my guest list disappeared and they started changing their web site to a new one. to many uncertainties and to difficult changes . that's why I am here now.

Futuremrsp- I wish I'd never have used the thing! I just finished writing them all out into my brides book lol I'm going old school with this! After finding my list, I don't want to take anymore chances with apps!! I was originally planning to do a spread sheet but figured there may be more bells and whistles included if I did the knot! Was very wrong!!! Ah, live and learn, I guess!

I use the guest list tool on here and have found it hugely helpful. As we've been playing with it, I realized it has a lot more functionality than I expected. I was able to customize it so I can track how many RSVP's for each price point (kid's meals, teen meals, adult meals) for the reception so I have a clear picture of budget. It tracks meal choices, hotel block needs, even guest lists for rehearsal dinner and showers and such. The more I use it, I love it. The only issue I have with it is printing reports can be a pain. But I though it was a much better tool than the one at The Knot.

I can use them on my computer and store them on my Dropbox so I have access even from work - I have yet to do wedding stuff on my work computer (thank god for my iPhone!), but if I needed to, I could.
