Anyone ordered their wedding dress from jjshouse.com?

Alena, on July 31, 2020 at 4:12 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 13

Anyone ordered their wedding dress from jjshouse.com? I'm trying to find a dress for our minimony in October and want a simple white dress. I'll be wearing my wedding dress, that I bought for our wedding awhile back, for our big wedding next year.

I'm a little nervous buying online, but dresses look nice and the price is very good lol.

It’s an Asian knockoff site that steals designs of true designer dresses and remakes them using cheaper materials. Sometimes the dresses come out looking great and sometimes they come out looking like a different dress. I’d only order from there if you have a backup plan in case it doesn’t work out.

For cheaper dresses I would look at Azazie, BHLDN, cocomelody, lulu’s, ASOS, or David’s Bridal.

I recommend looking at Lulu's! I bought their Heavenly Hues dress in white and I love it, it's simple but cute. https://www.lulus.com/products/506092.html?utm_medium=email&campaign_name=order_shipped_daisy&utm_source=sendgrid_tr

Shop locally. Stores such as Azazie and Cocomelody let you try them on at home for a fee. Otherwise go to a bridal shop in your area. Some larger cities have warehouse districts with unique styles for dirt cheap that are not found online.

Actually JJ's House has some great pieces. They do mimick other more expensive designers, but a lot of them turn out great. If you're interested in a dress from there, only order if there are photo reviews so that you can actually see real people wearing the dress for real weddings and see closer photos of the fabrics. Otherwise, try Azazie, CoCoMelody, David's Bridal, Windsor, LuLu's, Fashion Nova, etc. Good luck!

Honestly, JJ's House is worth it for brides on a budget. It saves a ton of money, and while the quality might not be as stellar as other expensive designers, it would do the job for the night. Chances are, you'll probably only wear your wedding dress once. So as long as the photo reviews are decent, I say go for it.

Thank you! I just ordered a few dresses from Azazie to try on at home! For some reason that never occur to me to look at Azazie lol. My bridesmaids got their dresses there and they love them!

I didn’t order from JJs house, but I ordered from LaLa Mira which is just like it. It’s beautiful! And well made. But I ordered mine too early and FH and I changed our theme, so I have a new dress. The Mira dress is beautiful though, I think it just depends on what your order and choosing a dress on the site that shows full pics. If you can see the entire dress, so can they.

I steered clear of jjshouse because my seamstress said she altered dresses from there and they were made very poorly. I ended up ordering a custom dress from cocomelody and love it!

Not my wedding dress, but our bridesmaids dresses! I also got my prom dress from there. The shipping take awhile, but they have good quality stuff for a more budget friendly option!

    Here is my bridesmaids dress:
