Anyone order from JJHouse?

I have ordered a dress from there. Not a wedding or bridal dress but a party dress. I ordered it 4 sizes too big because I figured it would run small & I could just have it altered. Well, the damn thing fit perfectly LOL. So beware, their stuff runs hella small!

This is the dress I ordered, it was great quality. I have no complaints about the material, zipper, lining or anything. It just runs small.

@Soon2bemrsc Did you order the custom measurements? Or did you just order a size?

I have bad experience with them. I didn't order dress though. I bought the shoes. They have special size chart (I believe the same things is with dresses). Anyways,I ordered their custom size and the shoes was small.They will not accept any returns. Plus they have hidden fees once your package arrived.I would not recommended this sitr. Please be sure and read reviews before you order.

If it's a chinese knockoff company beware. I ordered a jacket from one of them and it wouldn't fit a doll.

As for BM's? I remember one bridal party that we literally had to sew into their dresses when the zippers shredded out of them.

There are so many reasonable dresses that they can buy 'in person', I wouldn't take the chance.

I ordered a veil from them in Ivory and it came bright white. I was pissed! Returns suck and overall I had a bad experience

My order was off the rack. I didn't have enough time for custom.

My MOH just ordered her shoes from there. There sizes are off a lot and returns are very difficult. They did give her a 50%off coupon when she called to complain.

I ordered my reception dress from them and it was great....I normally wear a size 8 but due to reviews ordered a size 12 and it fit great, probably could have ordered a size 10 but I was willing to pay alterations on it as the price was great

They aren't bad. I had to order one for a wedding i was in. The BM dresses were ok. Definitely wouldn't order a wedding dress from them. I considered it because they had a nice variety of necklines.

Never ordered from them but sounds hit or miss as it is with most Chinese Vendors. I have ordered my wedding dress from Amanda Novias on Aliexpress. They were extremely responsive and sent pics before mailing my dress. I would definitely recommend them over JJ House or some of the bigger Chinese dress websites. My dress took about 2 months to be completed. It was a little under $300 mermaid style with lace and the back is out.

I've been on the website and I falling in love with a few of their dresses I'm a little hesitant because when I look online I can't find any reviews or complaints outside of the actual website and that's the part that makes me nervous if possible can you go into detail with your experience
