I'm not putting you down it was simply an observation. But again, that's why people do makeup and hair trials. You'll never know what will work for you or not if you don't at least try it. That really goes with anything in life. Best of luck to you with any health issues.

Mfb I thought your post was probably the most helpful one. You for sure were not putting anyone down!

If you really don't want them, I'd recommend using Lash Boost from R+F. It took a couple of months to kick in, but once it did, my lashes grew longer than the falsies I'd purchased, so I only ended up using them to make them seem more full!

I never even thought to wear fake lashes. I definitely won't be wearing them.

False lashes are my JAM. I've been wearing them since I was in dance school and on dance team for my high school. So for over 15 years.

There is a big difference between the thick, voluminous lashes that look super fake and the faux minx, more natural looking lashes that feel like a feather. You should really try a couple before your big day to get a better idea. Also, make sure to trim the lash before you apply them, because not all lengths are created equal...for your eyeball...

Definitely not, I would be so uncomfortable. I just wore mascara for my wedding and it was perfect!

Nope! My lashes are long enough that with mascara they'll hit my glasses sometimes. They aren't the fullest but I don't really care. I don't wear them normally and now isn't the time for me to start fiddling with them. Knowing my luck I'll be allergic to the glue or something anyways

As someone who grew up in a hair salon that did bunches of wedding with make up if your MUA knows what they're doing you won't feel them at all. I suggest going to a test run and seeing how you feel with them on

I'm not doing it! I've never worn them and in my opinion they look too fake a lot of times. I don't want to look totally different from ever before on the day of my wedding, and I surely don't want to be uncomfortable or anything since I won't be used to them. I'll just use an eyelash curler and be fine! Smiley winking

I wear strip lashes every. single. day.

If they are applied correctly, you will not even notice they are there! They really make your eyes pop, and will look amazing in photos!

I think fake lashes look ridiculous. Especially the 2" black lashes on a "blonde". Current makeup trends are so over the top. Stage makeup has become an everyday look. Yuck.

I'm hoping not to use them. I've been using lash boost and my lashes look great so far, especially with mascara.

I naturally have very long lashes and every time I put on fake lashes (which is hardly ever), my eyelids feels like they weigh 100 pounds. It's so unbearable.

I say, if you want to skip it, skip it. Be comfortable!

I prefer individual lashes over the strip lashes. The individuals I wore were wispy and more natural, and had better placement at framing my face, and felt light, whereas the strips were heavy.
