I didn't even know this was a thing and won't be wearing them. My older sister will be doing my make up and as I also wear glasses, I imagine they wouldn't work well with the lenses.

I didn't. I have worn them before, and don't have an issue with them, but for the wedding I went without just because I wasn't feeling it. Do what makes you comfortable. I think if you're at all interested you should give them a shot before hand.

I was concerned about the same thing. My MUA used strip lashes. She used very light ones since i was concerned about the weight and I don't like the look of thick fake lashes. They took about a minute or two to get used to and were totally fine.

I will not be wearing fake lashes. I'm hesitant to wear make up at all... I don't wear it ever. I hate the feeling of stuff on my face.

I didn't even want to give them a chance, but I am so glad I did. It makes a HUGE difference I think! I hated the idea but at my makeup trial she put them on and I wouldn't go back! even all my bridesmaids got them and loved them.

I'll be wearing extensions. I have long natural lashes but i love my extensions. They are light and fluffy and i take 20 mins less to get ready

I hated how mine felt when she did them for the trial but after about 30 minutes, I forgot they were even there. And LOVED them in photos. I'd say try it out a few times and see if you can get used to them.

I will not be wearing them, I am so uncomfortable in both falsies &extensions. I don't want to be uncomfortable at all on my wedding day.

I didn't - the glue is latex based, and I have an allergy, so they were a no-go from the start. Definitely try them ahead of time - you don't want to have a reaction on your wedding day or be rubbing at your eyes because they feel "weird"

There are many different types of fake lashes so I would try them out to see which ones you like best. You're not required to wear them, but I don't think you'd regret them in pictures

I can't handle false strip lashes, either the magnetic kind or the glue kind, but I found a cheap, good lash artist within 20 minutes of the house and ive been going to her for several months now. I love lash extensions. Never having to worry about mascara is epic. I do a classic look, but I'll do her glam look for the wedding. She only charges $50 for the initial set, then $25 every 2 weeks when I go in for fills. They are staying on really well with her too. I tried a Groupon artist and my eyes got really irritated and they were all gone after the weekend. I really love them, but some of it depends on your lashes. Mine are fine, blonde, and short, so even mascara only does so much lol.

I have hooded eyes so falsies don't really work with me they just hit my eyelids and would annoy me cause I could feel them touching. Same with when I've tried curling my eyelashes. I would just end up with mascara hitting my eyelids and smudging them. So I'm going with my natural eyelashes with mascara.

I'm not wearing them, but I'm also doing my own makeup. If you're not sure have her put them on at the make up trial and see how you like them.

I didn't use fake lashes. I used to have to wear them for certain performances as a dancer, and I absolutely hate them. I told my MUA I had a strong preference and did not want to consider them and it was no big deal.

I will totally wear them! I only have for previous weddings I've been in, but they really make your eyes pop in pictures! The key is finding the right brand and having a good mua!

Maybe I missed it but it seems like everyone has been super helpful. Didn't see anyone put you down. You do have legit health issues and I wish you the best on your road to health.
