I have a daughter who will be two weeks shy of a year when I get married in September. I really wanted to include her in the wedding. I planned to have her pulled in a wagon by the ring bearer, but I am getting nervous about it. Have any if you guys included your kids in the wedding? I am so afraid...

I planned to have her pulled in a wagon by the ring bearer, but I am getting nervous about it. Have any if you guys included your kids in the wedding? I am so afraid it will go all wrong and she will freak out in front of all those people. I am also pretty nervous that she will cry really loud during the ceremony when we are saying our vows or something. I was planning on having an older cousin watch her during the wedding and take her away if this happens, but I'm still wondering what I should do. Share your experiences Smiley smile

All the suggestions sounds great, I agree, try a wagon or have someone walk them in

You should definately have you child in the wedding, that would be sooo memorable. Im having my son be the groomsman and fh daughter be my brides maid. It should turn out cute. My 3 year old nephew will be walking down the aisle...lets see how that goes. Kids are so unpredictable, and thats the cutest part.

Thanks for the ideas and encouragement. I think I am going to just go for it. It's an outdoor ceremony so i think that will help. Good luck with all of your little ones YAY!

I am having my nephew and neice as the ring bearer and flower girl. He will be 16 months and she will be 14 months. They will be pulled in a wagon by my BFF, we wanted to incorprate him but are only having family stand with us. The other option I was thinking was hanving my mom and FMIL walk the babies down. Once the babies are down the aisle they will sit with their parents, who are not involved in the BP, so if they get fussy they can be taken outside. Babies at weddings are adorable and incorparting them into your day is nice and will be a good memory.

My date is kinda far off (2016) and by that time my "babies" will be much older (right now they are 17 months & 1 month) but they will be my flower girls, and of course, grandma and grandpa (my parents -- the only grandparents they know) will be there, so hopefully, even though they will be older by then, they will be well-behaved.
