Anyone else overthinking Everything!!

Maybe because I'm diying basically everything, but I can't stop obsessing over every little detail. I spent hours and hours and hours just deciding on how I want the table numbers to look. Then more hours on deciding the colours. It's a TABLE NUMBER, Tina! Chill out! 😁 But I can't. Anyone else? And trust me, I'm not a perfectionist in my daily life!

    I was the same way! Just keep in mind the details are for YOU. Nobody even notices—just oblivious or so excited they only see you two, remember the food/booze, the venue and overall feeling/look (rustic, modern, fun or stiff/boring).

    Stop the OCD madness. Well, unless you want to. 🤪

    I'm overthinking everything too. I am DIYing everything and I love doing these things but...I want things to be perfect. We'll be ok...the wonderful thing is we did our wedding with love

    Agreed! I also secretly want people to be impressed that I did it all! Maybe no one will say anything but I don't want it to look diy if that makes sense.

    I am very much the same way. I will wake up panicking over the centerpieces, I have worked and reworked the playlist 50 times, started buying every kind of beer and wine (just in case), and basically just panic that our guests are going to be let down and I'll be embarrassed. My FW keeps reminding me that they are not there to judge, but to celebrate and that we're just throwing a big party anyway.

    I have my moments! Today I over thought place cards (that I already bought). Yesterday FH & I stopped at the hotel & saw so many welcome bags - that were SO much nicer than what I was going to do. So then I purchased additional bag tags.
