Anyone else feel some regrets over their wedding?

A vow renewal is a great idea so that you could have the celebration you truly wanted! there are some things i do regret but i want to be able to focus on the good we take for granted. so think - what GOOD things did you like about that day?

I agree with Melle. I had a ton of things go wrong (my coordinator was the root of all the issues and screwed up sooo much — dress and veil, didn’t make rounds to tables to say “hi”, signs, are etc). I cried a few times after my wedding after uncovering more and more things she messed up. However, my husband constantly reminded me of all the other things that went right and how we should focus on that.


I do think a vow renewal would be a great way to finally get the wedding or celebration you wanted! It’s also just a great way to acknowledge and celebrate this positive stage in your life and marriage you two are now in.

My husband and I are playing with the idea of doing our small vegas ceremony (what I originally wanted haha) for our one year anniversary.

View Quoted Comment Good point! I loved that the wedding day weather- which was predicted to be terrible- was absolutely gorgeous! For a beach wedding, it was make or break! And it was fun walking to both the first look and our ceremony- in different locations- and having people go ‘There’s the Bride!’ Etc
