Anyone else feel naked without their ring?

Yea there are days when we were engaged and I would forget it and it'd be weird

Omg I take my ring off before I go to the gym and I always have to double check to make sure I didnt lose it

I take it off when I workout and keep having mini heart attacks scared that I lost it 😭😭😭

I take mine off to sleep and exercise and used to panic thinking that I lost it. I bought some cheap silicone rings on amazon and now wear those to sleep and exercise so there is still something on my finger. Since purchasing I haven’t woken up in a panic over it 😂

I take mine off for work because I work in a nursing home and after 2 months realized I was prone to hitting it on wheel chairs and door ways, beds, and with all the hand washing I had to do it was wearing it down!. So I no longer wear it with work. I've never been one for jewelry so I felt more weird wearing it every day anyways lol.

Yes!! I only take it off to shower and do dishes. If I went longer than that without it, I would feel totally off.

I very rarely remove my ring because of how weird it is... but I knew I would feel that way because I have other jewelry that I wear frequently that I feel similarly about.

I feel naked without mine, too! It's become almost a part of me whenever I go out
