I know I definitely want salmon and chicken -for the main course as an alternative for those who are allergic to seafood.For the cocktail hour I really want shrimp and coctail sauce with sparkling cider...help

    Ours will be a mix of Southern Italian and Puerto Rican food....pulled pork, chicken parm and zitis with my homemade sauce, yellow rice n beans, Spanish pork, Mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, green bean casserole and slaw....for apps it'll be mini empanadas, kalbasi in a bbq beer sauce, mini spinach dip cups, cheese and crackers, and veggies and fruits
