Aw, thank you! It was impossible to find the look I wanted and this got pretty close. Loved the back and sad my photographer didn't get really good back shots. Illusion with lace & buttons! The open back was originally much more "U" shaped (the sample was so big in the salon I didn't realize that), so I ordered extra fabric and had the seamstress add a lot more lace and a "V" shape to make me look slimmer. I can barely see the buttons! This is such an ethereal and whimsical dress! Will you wear something like that headband in your hair??? Love it.

Be sure to get a photo or two from the back. I was totally prepared to ask the photographer for this shot (see below) on a staircase at our venue but when it rained the day of, we had to change our photo locations and I forgot to ask!

I plan on wearing a flower crown with my hair either all up in a messy but chic updo or half up half down with my hair extensions in, of course. I definitely want some back shots to catch the beautiful detail on the back for at least a few photos

Your dress is GORG!! The skirt looks great as is however if you want less of the appliques and its easy for your tailor to remove the top portion why not! I think without the appliques you can get a good contrast of skirt and top

Yes absolutely love long sleeves! What are you going with for your bridesmaids with you having long sleeves? Has been a huge decision I've had problems with....

I tried on one long dress that I loved but ultimately decided it wasn’t for me! They are beautiful though!

My colors are white and gold so I told my Maid of Honor to find a gold dress - she's my twin sister so she I trust her judgement and giving her free range on the style as long as it's long. My other bridesmaid is a bridesMAN so he'll wear a black suit with gold tie, vest and little details.

It looks beautiful on you! But I know what you mean. When i was trying on dresses my mom kept wanting me to try ballgown/princess type dresses and while they're pretty they're just not for me.

I love long sleeves on a wedding dress. I am looking to find one however it is a lot harder than I thought as most dresses are designed with short or no sleeves.

I didn't think I would be, but the Sottero and Midgley Zander (ordered in black) was amazing. I'm going to alter the skirt to be more fitted, but the bodice is worth it. (will be even better when the bust fits!)

I absolutely love long sleeves! I went dress shopping and had it in my mind that I was definitely getting one and no one could tell me otherwise. Guess what? I didn't end up with a long sleeved dress lol. Still love them though 🙄
