Try esty. I saw this one whic is similar to your pic but there is definitely more you can choose from. I search for geometric arch. Possibly add wedding to the search cause I also had earrings come up in the search as well lol. Good luck! It’s a beautiful arch.

There's a bunch of similar looking copper arches for sale on Etsy. If you can't find one exactly like this, you could try asking one of the Etsy sellers if they could do a custom order for you. Alternatively, there are plenty of instructions for making the more basic arches using PVC pipe and painting it gold/copper. This doesn't look like it would be all that more complicated, it would just take a little bit longer and use more materials than your standard arch. Good luck!

Unfortunately no but we did find a DIY instructional for it to be made from PVC.
