I am! We postponed our reception to next year with a vow renewal but 10/10/20 is our 5 year anniversary so it was really important to us to keep that date. We’re doing a small ceremony at my church with a small dinner party at a local restaurant after for immediate family and the bridal party!
I am! This is actually the fourth wedding we've planned (the first three having been cancelled by our original venue due to COVID). I started from scratch with wedding planning just 67 days before our wedding date, but things seem to be working out. :-)
**** it is happening and no one here is stoping us... I don't have much family in attendance nor have I decided to care anymore on that... 2020 has taken so much from me... It isn't taking my date too.... We're doing this with the blessings of friends and parents and in my eyes that's all I need. Bring on the Vows we're ready!
I am a 10/10/20 bride!❤️ We got engaged in December and immediately chose October 10th! When covid hit we were hoping it was far enough into the year that it wouldn’t be an issue but we are still moving forward with our wedding!
10/10/2020 date twin here as well. I've been dating my fiance for 10ish years now and we got engaged in March of 2018. We have been waiting forever it feels like to get married, and I just got tired of planning. We are not postponing and it is sad because we were originally supposed to have a big 250 person wedding. It has now been reduced to under 100, not because our venue made us or anything, but because people are scared of covid, which is understandable. I feel bad that a lot of our close family and friends will be missing our special day, but also I can't continue to keep waiting to get married, who the heck knows what covid is going to be like in 2021 or what tomorrow brings, so we just figured let's get married now, even if its not going to be everything we planned. Hopefully, it'll still be a beautiful day and we will be able to enjoy it. Congrats to all the 10/10/2020 brides and their grooms!
