Anxiety about the “right dress”

Oooh I love it! It's a very modern style so I'm surprised you git it for such a great price. Being unsure and questioning is extremely normal. For example, I loved my dress so much I cried. It was everything I wanted and looked great on. But then I lost sleep and worried for several days. Wedding dresses are emotional things. It really does look fantastic. Try to focus on the things about the dress you loved when you had it on. Side note: I had that same excited facial expression in all my pics trying on dresses.

You look so good! I love that dress on you. But I totally feel you. I didn’t cry in my wedding dress but I just knew I couldn’t leave without buying it. I later regretted not looking more (it was my first try on) but it certainly was the right dress for me. I got a cute little jacket to wear because I too was nervous about my arms but that’s definitely YOUR dress

You look beautiful! If you are struggling with how you feel in it, maybe try a shrug or shawl to cover your arms, I am ONLY saying that because you mentioned your arms, which are perfectly fine.

Hopefully nobody said anything to shift your feelings about it. If that's the case, please give yourself time to think on it. Perhaps you can add something to it to make it feel more "you?" (I only say that because I had that happen with my head piece. My parent's reaction to it made me feel like I would draw too much attention to myself, which I struggle with as an introvert to begin with, thankfully I got over it.

The witch in me says put it where the sun and moon can reach it to cleanse it since you did get it from a consignment shop, maybe by cleansing it you can get your own energy into it and feel better about it.
