Are you getting workers comp? Each state has its own laws and programs but I would definitely look into that.

Hey, if you are still injured and unable to work, have you applied for SSI/SSD? If a doctor agrees your injury leaves you unable to work, you should be able to get some benefits.

I don't qualify for ssi/SSD haven't worked in a long time into I got the job then I go to hurt.
