Alternative Items to Toss in Place of Bouquet

So we're a gay couple. My fiance is a beefy guy. I think it'd be absolutely hilarious to do a garter toss. The only issue is, I don't know what to do in place of the bouquet to go with it.

Should we both do garters? Fiance suggested hockey puck but I see teeth breaking. Almost all the sports we've been involved in lean the broken teeth direction - hockey, baseball, tennis, lacrosse. Except swimming. Maybe a (unworn) speedo? Would that be slightly too personal?
If so, any other ideas?

    I think the unworn speedo might be a bit much. But if you wanted to go in the direction of swimming how about tossing goggles or a swim cap instead?

    I plan on attaching some scratch tickets to my bouquet- I wanted to include all the single & committed ladies. He’s going to do the same for the garter toss.

    I mean, the speedo is HILARIOUS, but, uh, yeah, that's a bit more personal than even a garter.

    You mentioned you were in other sports, too... many of them involve gloves or things like that. What about batting gloves?

    Mitt, batting gloves, swim cap, goggles, hockey sweater? I would avoid the speedo (even unworn, it seems a little odd).

    I think the garter toss is great, and any of the softer sporting goods mentioned are great ideas. I personally think a Speedo is hilarious, but it seems I'm the only one with that opinion. I used to lifeguard (and now I work in athletics) so maybe its just less skeevy/more commonplace to me.

    If you want to be more traditional, could you toss a boutonniere (with the pins removed)?

    You can also just skip the bouquet toss and just do a gater toss.
