Alright, folks. I've been trying for several months, now, to figure out how to 'medieval up' my beautiful floral wedding dress. I found it & fell instantly in love with it, but when we decided on a medieval-theme, it threw me for a loop. I found this green overdress today on etsy.com, and I Think it could be the answer (plus, I really like the pointy collar in the back!).. Wearing this over my gown in Virginia's September heat will be crazy, but I'll drop the overdress, once the ceremony is done (and maybe wear it in a few of our photos while everyone else is having cocktails/snacks). The colors of green may be a bit off from one dress to the other- the designer is willing to work with me. She's got a five star rating, and the raving reviewers have stated that the over dresses are light weight and of high quality fabrics.I thought simply adding white sleevezies might work, instead of adding the over dress, but I think it'd just look odd..
What do you guys think?
