Allure bridal/bridesmaid prices!

Julia, on March 8, 2013 at 9:30 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 6

I've been looking at allure dresses and am absolutely in love with not only their bridal, but their bridesmaid dresses as well (as are my girls!). The only problem I'm having is finding a price range for these dresses. I told my mom I would try to keep it around $1000 before alterations. So if anyone would like to share what they know, or if they've bought an allure wedding dress/bridesmaid dress I'd love to know! (pictures would be amazing too!!)

My dress is Allure 8862 and was I believe $1,200. I am taking off the applique thing though and adding a belt from another dress to it. My bridesmaids dresses are also Allure and were $192 (with $15 discount on each dress since I purchased my dress from the same store). They are style 1217.

My dress is an allure wedding dress from their romance section.. I think originally if bought new it would have been $****.. I bought it as a sample at the bridal store and they received the dress 2 months prior.. It looked as if it was brand new.. I got lucky and paid I think $750 or $760.

If you go to a site like bestbridalprices.com or weddingshoppeinc.com, you can get a ballpark idea of the prices for designer dresses. Actual prices will depend on the individual bridal boutiques and their markup, but it will give you an idea.

Example, my dress (not an Allure) had a sticker price of $2500 at the bridal salon. Online on weddingshoppeinc.com was the price of $2248. The bridal shop offered me a discount of about 15% bringing it down to $2100.

It seems Allure dress prices are not posted publicly on those sites (my designer's dresses weren't either), however with www.weddingshoppeinc.com, all you need to do to get the price is enter an email and it will email you the price of the dress instantly. They also do not use that email to put you on their mailing list and spam you either which is really nice.

Again the price they have will not be the same price at your bridal salon, however it should be in the same ballpark and give you an idea if they fit your budget.

My dress is allure 8912. My dressed was marked at 927 and the store gave me 200 for taking the dress off the rack. After ringing me up the dress was suppose to be 1227. Needless to say I got my lovely dress for 727. YAY
