My dress is ivory so it has just enough of an off white hue to it that my mother's veil goes perfectly with it without me having to oxyclean it. My bridesmaids are in jade dresses and I'm planning for their bouquets to be orange flowers (can't decide between tiger lilies and Gerber daisies right now). I was going to have the groomsmens boutineers be jade in color (still not sure what flower to use). But I've been thinking about what I want for my boquet amd can't decide between all white or all three colors. At first I wanted all three but then I found this picture on pinterest and fell in love with the feathers. I'm just not sure what would look right. So what are you doing for yours and do you have any opinion about what might look best for mine?

Having done lots of weddings, we've done the pure white bouquets for brides. They are beautiful, but they do tend to lose their texture when they're held against a white gown. If you want all white, add a few stems of color (or don't...some brides really want the all white bouquets).

I prefer the all white bouquets for the BMs. They are normally in a gown of color, and they do pop (they look especially beautiful against pastel gowns -- we did a wedding about three weeks ago where the BMs all wore a gorgeous sky blue gown and carried pure white bouquets of roses and carnations. They were stunning -- it made me think of a perfect summer sky with gorgeous white clouds against a light blue background). Think carefully about Gerberas and Lilies. While both are brilliant orange, the Gerbera gives a more casual look while the lily will give you a more exotic look -- completely different.

If you love the idea of a white bridal bouquet, consider adding a few pops of color. Google image search white bouquets with orange orchids (it won't break the bank if the bridal bouquet is the only one with the orchids). There are some gorgeous orchid varieties (I've got a bunch here for a wedding on Saturday). It's a very elegant look.
