All Inclusive honeymoon

Heather, on March 4, 2020 at 3:37 AM Posted in Honeymoon 1 11
Hi everyone,

My fiance and I have been driving ourselves crazy looking for a place to honeymoon.
We have been between Punta Cana, Jamaica, Costa Rica, and a few other places. We want to stay under 4k. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go, the safety of the area, or recommendations to other places? We are looking for somewhere with a beach, pool bar, possibly plunge pool/swim up or jacuzzi on the patio. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We are getting married in June and have yet to decide where to go 😂🤦‍♀️

I agree with previous post, Mexico offers some great all inclusives at economical cost.
The Dominican Republic also has some beautiful all inclusives

We went to the Dominican last May and it was beautiful. When looking for my honeymoon our travel agent told us Jamaica Montego Bay area is unsafe now so I'd stay in negril or other areas in Jamaica.

We just booked our honeymoon. We are staying at Couples Tower Isle in Ocho Rios, Jamaica for 5 nights. Airfare, luggage, travel protection, club money, and the ocean view junior suite brought it just barely above $4,000. There are several other room categories that are lower priced, and airfare my be different for you if you book soon. We had less than 8 weeks and flight options from my area are slim.

Excellence Playa Mujeres in Mexico. My co-worker just went for her honeymoon and they had a massive room with a private infinity pool. That being said- you can't get that for under 4k. BUT the resort in general is absolutely gorgeous. I think Mexico in general is your best bet.
You will be able to find an Airbnb in any Caribbean country with a private pool/killer view for under 4k but it sounds like you want all inclusive.... I just don't think you are going to find the luxury you want for that price.

My family and I went to the Bavaro Princess resort in Punta Cana a couple years ago. Not technically adults only, but I really don't remember seeing any kids. My mom accidentally booked the premium package which let us in to a private section of the beach. They also had I think two pools. All in for four of us I believe was about $6,000. I loved it and am trying to convince FH we need to go back at some point.

Sandals has adults only Resorts throughout the Caribbean. We're going to Sandals SouthCoast in Jamaica and then plan to go to a different resort every year until we've been to all of them.

Im getting married in May and my FH and I are going to Mexico for our honeymoon. We had booked a resort in Jamaica but it got too expensive with the payments. Mexico was our last option but Ive fallen in love with the idea of going now. It is super affordable for most of the all inclusive resorts. I highly suggest to compare the prices you find online to the prices from the resort itself. My FH and I took this approach when we changed our honeymoon location and came to realize calling the resort itself was cheaper.

What about Royalton Grenada? Royalton Grenada is a newly opened all inclusive resort, check it. I am 100% sure you wouldn't be disappointed.
