My colors are black white and gold. All black with pops of white and gold. At first I was going to have the bridesmaids wear gold and the men wear black. But I found some black dresses that I really like. And I have bridesmaids of all sizes so I think it will look good on everyone. The problem is FH thinks having the bridesmaids and groomsmen both wearing all black won't look good. Has anyone been two a wedding and the bridesmaids and groomsmen both had on black? Does anyone think that this won't look good. I looked on pinterest but I could only fing bridesmaids in black without the groomsmen and vice versa

All black looks chic as long as your bridesmaids have some pop on them (don't want to look like a funeral). So perhaps they could all wear matching gold shoes and gold jewelry? You can also make the black less morose by choosing sequin or satin black fabrics instead of dull fabrics. I also thing bridesmaids in good dresses would look great with your color scheme too.

FYI if you are looking for decor in black gold and white Michael's craft store has Martha Stewart party supplies in that exact theme (everything from labels, tags, favor tins, napkins etc!)

I think it looks nice in the inspiration photos- but I feel like the groom gets lost in his black tux in the pictures.

My best friends wedding was all black and she asked the guest to wear gold and red. I thought it looked beautiful. We BM all had the same dress that could be used differently. The GM all had on black suits with red flowers pinned.

Black looks amazing! I was hesitant to put my wedding party in black, but it looks so good. My wedding colors are black, red and white. My MOH is is a long black gown and my BM is in a shorter version. The men are in black tuxedos with black shirts and red vests and ties. In my opinion, the darker colors make the bride and groom stand out.

I think it would look fine. Maybe you could have the bridesmaids in gold shoes with gold necklaces or maybe gold belts? And the gentlemen could would gold ties or something to make those small pops.
