We are doing a catered brunch wedding for 22 people and we are providing the alcohol to be served. We are definitely doing a mimosa bar and a Bloody Mary bar and providing Irish coffee (as well as regular coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks). I'm also having a brunch wedding. We're thinking of having a margarita sangria as one of our drinks... I just want chicken, waffles, bacon and drinks... Come on 6/11

I would leave it with what you have on your list.....but...I would also have sparkling wine on it's own too. Not everyone likes Mimosas (most are not made correctly anyway).

I'm doing a brunch wedding also. I am having an open bar because it is included in my package. I love all of those ideas though. The one with the proseco sounds like a great signature cocktail option for us.
