Age Appropriate Reception Entrance Songs

Teresa, on March 26, 2019 at 12:21 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 3

I'm having a young Junior Bridesmaid.

I want to do an understated Entrance into the reception where the DJ announces the entire BP and Groomsmen then me and my FH to the same song. But, I can't find a good song that would be appropriate for a BP that ranges from 13 to 50 years old.

Any Ideas?

    Hey Teresa!

What style song as you looking for for your entrance? I understand maybe if you are looking at more contemporary songs that you may feel they don’t fit your wide age range in your bridal party. Although, if you really love a song then you should just go for it! As long as it’s an uplifting song that makes you and your FH feel good, then that’s all that matters!

Have you thought about picking an older song that is lively and fun but also would connect with an older audience too? Some of my favorite examples that I found are “Everywhere” by Fleetwood Mac, “Dancing on the Ceiling” by Lionel Richie or “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen.

Have you any songs that you are considering?
