My man of honor just went and got fitted for his tux and he is now complaining about how expensive the rental is going to be. Its going to be 220. My man of honor just went and got fitted for his tux and he is now complaining about how expensive the rental is going to be. Its going to be 220. I understand that it is a lot of money, but honestly being in someone's wedding is expensive. I feel like people should think about the cost of being in a wedding before they tell you yes. Between dresses, shoes, jewelry, etc, my bridesmaids are going to be spending more than 220.

Anyway, my question is what should I do? Should we choose other tuxedos just because one person thinks it is too much money.

Edit: how much was the rental for your guys?

Honestly if someone asked me to be in their wedding I wouldn't imagine a rental being $220 so to assume he knew how much it would cost is a little rude to me.

I agree with Mrs. Clark. When we were selecting the bridal party attire we kept budget in mind. Selecting the most expensive tux in the store isn't very budget friendly. But thats me.

I also agree with the other ladies since he's standing on your side, he could wear something slightly different then the GM. Or I would offer to pay for the rental. You selected him to be your MOH for a reason, I would imagine you really want him there.
