Adding Sleeves

Anyone willing to show me pictures of your dress with sleeves added later? I have a sweetheart neck but a pretty straight back. It's a corset and I'll be wearing a bra but I still don't think I'd be very comfortable with strapless and I like the look of long sleeves but not with super obvious illusion. I just kinda want an idea of what that looks like before I try to get any alterations.
